At Crowd Collective we are internally organised into different Crowds based on our competence domains. 

This means that for example our Consultants who are professionals within data, belong to our Data Crowd and Consultants who work as Product Owners, Project Managers and Scrum Masters belong to our IT Management Crowd. 

We have seven different Crowds in total. A Crowd is a tight community where we share knowledge peer-to-peer, support one another cross client projects and grow together.

Despite being scattered in various client projects, we want to maintain a strong community. Crowds are our way of ensuring the feeling of support, acceptance and sense of belonging.

It's a great feeling to be in with the crowd. Whether that is coaching others, mentoring teams, exploring new tech, developing new skills or being culture carriers wherever we go. We look after each other. And we are always building new crowds.​
