What we are looking for

We are looking for experienced IT-management professionals who believe that leading tech and developing people goes hand in hand. You will play a key role in developing our IT-Management Crowd together with the team and help us improve and develop our It-Management strategy further. If you possess 5+ years of expertise in various It-Management projects as a Product Owner, Agile Master Coach,Scrum master or another relevant position in the field of It-Management, have a strong passion for technology and people, enjoy sharing knowledge with your peers and looking for a role that gives you the possibility to expand your technical and leadership skills, we would love to hear from you!

Depending on your previous experience and your ambition going forward, your projects and assignments can be various things. We have an amazing sales team that you will work closely with to find the right assignment for you. As part of the Swedish Akind group, we offer a diverse array of interesting projects tailored to align with your skills and preferences. Our IT-Management crowd's consultants are engaged in various projects with focus on product ownership, agile mastery and creating the future ways of working at our customers. Background of our management crowdies is strongly tied with software development and hands on work, and a strong prior tech experience is beneficial to understand the problems our customers need solving, however we welcome diverse sets of skillsets and perspectives.
