Talent and Partnership Manager
We are looking for our next Talent and Partnership Manager – someone with a passion for people, relationships, and a genuine curiosity about future technical developments!
Have you always been drawn to setting the terms for your own success and being part of building something from the ground up? At Crowd Collective, we are taking the next step in our journey and are looking for someone who wants to create success together with us. Your role will be broad, encompassing recruitment, networking, client contact, and community building. As a key player in our office, you will experience high levels of involvement, transparency, and responsibility – here, only your imagination sets the limits for how we find our future colleagues!
About the Role
We are looking for our next Talent and Partnership Manager – someone with a passion for people, relationships, and a genuine curiosity about future technical developments. Crowd Collective is an IT consultancy within the Akind Group, with four offices across Sweden and Finland. Here, you get the best of both worlds: a small, entrepreneurial environment where you can make a real impact, backed by a large and stable organization.
As our new Talent and Partnership Manager, you will have significant opportunities to create, influence, and drive your own work. Together with our Stockholm CEO and our senior IT consultants, you will ensure that Crowd Collective becomes the obvious choice for IT consultants in Stockholm!
Your Responsibilities
Recruiting top-tier IT consultants is the key to our success, and you will be responsible for the growth of the Stockholm office. As Talent and Partnership Manager, you are central to the company's progress. With our brand-new candidate offering, you will focus on attracting the best talent in the industry. The role is broad, but the core consists of three areas:
Recruiting New Talent: Attracting and recruiting the sharpest IT consultants within modern development requires persistent, long-term relationship building. LinkedIn, our strong candidate offering, and your ability to build trust will be your primary keys to success.
The Freelance Network: You will be responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing our relationships with sub-contractors and partners to drive growth in that business area. This includes sourcing new freelancers for projects, evaluating their skills, negotiating contracts, and building long-term partnerships.
An Attractive Employer: Together with the team and the CEO in Stockholm, you will drive various activities that make Crowd Collective an even better place to work. This can range from community-building initiatives and professional development to ensuring smooth daily operations through effective administration and communication.
We Are Looking For You Who...
...are fearless and hungry for a new challenge. You share our passion for taking our great foundation and fantastic colleagues to the next level. You see opportunities where others see obstacles and love building networks and winning people's trust.
To thrive and succeed in this role, we also believe that you:
Have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or networking within an IT-related industry.
Have a great curiosity for new technology! Working closely with AI development and sharp minds is a high priority for you.
Have a business-oriented mindset and enjoy working with a high degree of responsibility and influence.
Are fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
It is a strong advantage if you already have an established network of IT candidates in Stockholm.
As a person, you are proactive and results-oriented. You are humble and flexible, taking equal responsibility for your own tasks as well as our collective results. You actively contribute ideas on how we can become the best IT consultancy on the market and bring great energy to the team!
