What we are looking for

We are looking for a senior developer with great technical skills - but who also really loves to help other people grow. You are curious to explore other domains than the ones you usually worked with in Python. We value your experience within Python whether it's with AI, web, gaming or if you have a background in Data Science. 

Besides your Python skills, we expect you to have great soft skills. At Crowd Collective, soft skills are as important as hard skills. You will be assessed on cooperation skills, communication skills, self-leadership skills, and responsibility. You can read more about this here.

What we do

Projects may vary in time and scope, but some of our current clients are creating self-driving cars, new platforms, excellent gaming experiences, and much more. 

Our way of organizing ourselves is through Crowds. You will have a strong group of colleagues in your Crowd that meet up on a weekly basis to hang out, discuss interesting topics, and scheming on new ways to take over the world. Well, maybe not, but it does mean that you will have a core team of colleagues that will have your back when you need it. Being a consultant can get lonely, but not with a big Crowd of warm people to fall back on!
