What we are looking for
Our Design Crowd is looking for a new colleague, and maybe it's you? We are all about sharing knowledge, helping each other and of course - work on interesting projects at our clients!
We are looking for someone with UX competence (we know it's broad) and we'll try to narrow it down. Your future colleagues are proficient in journey mapping, workshops, interaction design, wireframes, research (and many more things but TLDR).
What we do
What you'll work with depends on your skill set. We have talented sales colleagues on board who will help you find the right assignment together with you. What we can say is that our Design Crowd currently works with start-ups, e-commerce, as teachers within Design, banks (just to mention a few).
Besides your design skills, we expect you to have great soft skills. At Crowd Collective, soft skills are as important as hard skills. You will be assessed on co-operation skills, communication skills, self leadership and responsibility. You can read more about this here.
