As a lead consultant at Crowd Collective, you will work hands on with assignments tailored to your needs as a professional, chosen together with our Sales Team, who want nothing more than to find you the job you desire. Besides having a fun and exciting assignment you will also get time for internal company development and knowledge -sharing with our developers as well as upskilling yourself on Learning Days and other crowd activities. An important part of your role will be to share your knowledge within your area as a mentor. Right now we have four mentees waiting and longing for your expertise!
Our developers are often working together on projects at our clients. The competence within the crowd is broad, and the most of our developers work with .NET, Java, NodeJs and Python (just to mention a few). If you also have experience of working with cloud solutions such as Azure, AWS or GCP we will be extra curious.
Who are we looking for?
- You have approx. 5 years’ experience working as a backend developer with experience in some of the technologies mentioned above
- You are passionate about sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues.
- If you have been a coach or leader in any of your previous roles, we will be extra curious about your profile.
